HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Coached by Bon Aydelott. 2011 Riverdale team was district champions. Also ran track at Riverdale.
PERSONAL: Son of Brian and Julia Rust. Cousin Garrett Hughes played football at UT-Chattanooga. Plans to major in General Business at Carson-Newman.
